Terms & Conditions

1) Appointment Scheduling

All consultations must be scheduled in advance through the official booking system. Appointment confirmation is subject to availability.

2) Cancellation Policy

Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable. Refunds will only be applicable if the consultation is canceled by 11VEN Astro Private Limited.

3) No-Show Policy

If the client fails to attend the scheduled consultation at the agreed time, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

4) Rescheduling & Flexibility

11VEN Astro Private Limited reserves the right to reschedule consultations in rare cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, the client will be informed in advance.

5) Call Quality & Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, proper audio setup, and a quiet environment during the consultation. Technical issues from the client’s end will not be grounds for refunds.

6) Confidentiality

All personal information, birth details, and discussions shared during the consultation are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.

7) Time Zone Policy

All bookings and consultations operate on Indian Standard Time (IST). Clients are responsible for adjusting the time according to their respective time zones. Any errors due to time zone confusion will be the client’s responsibility.

8) Recording Policy

Recording, screen-recording, or distribution of the consultation in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 11VEN Astro Private Limited.

9) Professional Conduct

Both the client and the consultant agree to maintain respectful, professional, and appropriate conduct throughout the consultation.

10) Disclaimer

Astrological consultations are intended for informational and self-understanding purposes only. They should not be considered as medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

11) Payment Policy

Full payment for the consultation is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

12) Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or dissatisfaction with the consultation. Refunds will only be processed in the event of a no-show or cancellation from our side.

13) Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan Jurisdiction, India.

14) Accuracy of Birth Details

The client is responsible for providing accurate birth details. Any inaccuracies may affect the quality of the consultation.

15) Limitation of Liability

11VEN Astro Private Limited shall not be held liable for decisions taken by the client based on the consultation.
